Job Summary
Design, build, evaluate, and improve machine learning and AI systems in production environments while translating business problems into measurable outcomes. Develop and run experiments to define metrics, datasets, and success criteria, then productize models into scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient services. Optimize training and inference performance for latency, throughput, and cost, analyzing real-world system behavior to drive continuous improvements. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and domain experts to deliver end-to-end solutions, communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This general application allows candidates to be considered for multiple roles across research, data science, and engineering within Ensemble's AI Lab, with final role alignment determined by interview performance.
