Job Summary
Senior Associate AI/LLM Product Manager in Global Banking (GB) responsible for developing and communicating a product vision and strategy for conventional Search and LLM-based UI initiatives, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers, and overseeing release/integration of AI/LLM technologies (Semantic/Search methodologies, SFT, RLHF, RAG, Agents) while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Requires experience building and launching AI/LLM products, knowledge of Elasticsearch, LangChain/LangGraph/OpenLLM, MLOps, and cloud basics; 3-5+ years of relevant experience; focuses on KPI definition and data-driven decision making. Location: Palo Alto, CA, US. Preferred: financial services exposure.
