Job Summary
Lead AI learning sales leadership within Fitch Learning, managing a team of up to four AI Learning Sales Specialists while directly leading strategic, high-value opportunities. Drive enterprise AI-enabled learning and SaaS solutions revenue across the financial services education market, represent Fitch Learning’s AI proposition with senior clients and internal stakeholders, and build a SaaS-style sales discipline with a focus on value-based and consultative selling. Responsibilities include managing a personal portfolio of strategic AI learning and SaaS opportunities, acting as senior sales lead on priority enterprise deals, forecasting and pipeline management, and coaching the team. The role requires collaboration with senior business heads, product, marketing, and delivery teams, as well as governance discussions on AI, data privacy, and learning outcomes. Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office; 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior B2B sales experience in SaaS, digital, or technology-led solutions with a track record of winning net-new enterprise business
- Strong track record selling enterprise SaaS or platform-based offerings
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams while personally carrying and closing strategic deals
- Excellent consultative, value-based selling skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability
