Job Summary
AI Leadership Programme Marker responsible for assessing postgraduate submissions against defined criteria and marking rubrics, providing clear, developmental written feedback, and ensuring consistent standards through calibration and moderation. Works remotely during defined marking periods and collaborates with tutors/delivery teams to maintain marking consistency, manage workloads, and meet turnaround deadlines. Maintains accurate records of assessment outcomes in learning systems and can provide asynchronous feedback upon request. Requires postgraduate marking experience, deep understanding of leadership/strategy/AI-related subject matter, doctoral level qualification (completed or in progress), objective application of rubrics, excellent written communication, high emotional intelligence, and proficiency with online learning platforms and digital assessment tools. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience marking assessments at postgraduate level
- Strong understanding of leadership, strategy, or technology-related subject matter, with relevance to AI-enabled contexts
- Doctoral level qualification completed or currently in progress

- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
