AI Lead – Manager – Tax & Legal Technology

Job Summary

Orchestrate and enable AI adoption across Tax & Legal Sweden by translating global and regional strategies into local, compliant execution. Establish and lead the local Generative AI Governance Framework, managing the lifecycle of AI personas, prompts, and agents while ensuring alignment with EMA, Nordic, and Global initiatives. Coordinate the AI Champion network to scale high-impact use cases, provide hands-on enablement on prompt engineering and Copilot tools, and collaborate with Risk, Quality, and Legal functions to validate solutions. Track adoption metrics and report outcomes to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience in digital/technology leadership – e.g., 5+ years in roles like AI Lead, Data/AI Manager, or a similar role in a large multinational enterprise or consulting environment
  • Experience guiding teams through technology change (preferably in Tax, Legal, or professional services domain)
  • Strategic vision with strong execution focus – able to define an AI adoption roadmap and governance model while also ensuring on-the-ground execution
  • Leadership and collaboration skills – proven ability to lead through influence, coordinate across departmental or regional boundaries, and inspire others
  • Generative AI expertise - hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms, especially Generative AI and prompt engineering, Microsoft 365 Copilot (including Copilot Studio), and AI agent-building frameworks
  • Governance and compliance mindset - strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical considerations (e.g., responsible AI principles, risk assessment, data privacy)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable diving into complex problems and finding creative solutions
  • Excellent communication & training ability - skilled at explaining AI concepts to non-specialists, writing clear guidelines or documentation, and delivering training sessions or demos
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Tax, Law) or equivalent professional experience
  • Candidates based in Sweden who hold a valid work permit

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Tax, Legal, or professional services domain
  • Experience building a community of practice or champion network
  • Industry certifications in AI, data science, or AI governance/risk
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish
