Job Summary
AI Lead responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered workflows, leading a high-performing engineering team, and partnering with senior leadership on project planning and roadmap execution. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, driving the design and development of full stack ML and Generative AI applications, and ensuring production-grade delivery. Core responsibilities include leading ML/GenAI initiatives, translating business problems into concrete technical solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding project prioritization and planning. Preferred experience includes LangChain or LlamaIndex, workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect, vector databases/RAG architectures, and familiarity with enterprise process automation and highly regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or supervising a software engineering team
- Strong Python development background with production grade application delivery
- Hands on experience building or deploying ML or GenAI systems
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical solutions
- Comfortable owning project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
