Job Summary
AI Knowledge & Content Analyst role responsible for producing tool-specific content for Novigi’s AI stack, curating role-specific tips and prompt libraries, and developing onboarding templates to facilitate rapid AI tool adoption. Duties include creating tool setup templates, collaborating with coaches and the CEO office to align content with engagement calendars, and working with internal SMEs on topics like hallucinations, data handling and responsible AI to ensure accurate, packaged formats for coaches and employees. Also responsible for external scanning and curation of credible AI content creators, monitoring the landscape to surface practically useful insights for internal use, and producing materials that support risk and compliance discussions across risks, compliance, data and operations.
