AI & IT Manager

Job Summary
Beamup seeks a seasoned AI & IT Manager to drive a dual-track agenda: shaping and deploying AI-enabled tools to optimize operations, while overseeing daily IT management. You will scout and rollout generative AI tools, design AI-powered workflows to automate manual tasks, drive adoption and measure ROI, and lead internal IT for hardware, software, access provisioning, vendor relationships, and security/compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2). The role also covers onboarding/offboarding, SaaS license management, and maintaining documentation and asset registers. A strong emphasis on collaboration with leadership for compliance initiatives, plus hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make) and an ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders, is required. Fluency in Hebrew and English is expected, and the candidate should have experience in startup/scale-up environments and comfort with cross-team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT management, IT operations, or a similar role
- Background at a startup or scale-up environment
- Solid understanding of information security fundamentals and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and auditors
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and enterprise tooling
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI; you follow the space, you experiment, and you know the difference between hype and real utility
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing AI tools in a business context (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills; you track things, close loops, and don't let things fall through the cracks
- Comfortable working across teams and communicating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
