AI Interaction Evaluator (Codex / Claude Code, up to $200/hr)
$208,000–$416,000 year
RemoteUnited States or Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Job Summary
Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end, judging whether outputs are useful, correct, and aligned with how a strong engineer would think. Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, distinguishing between different levels of response quality and providing clear, opinionated feedback on what worked, what didn't, and what felt misleading. Focus on engineering taste rather than syntax correctness, determining if the model guides the user well or merely dumps output, and whether the interaction builds or erodes trust. This role requires a Staff or Principal-level engineer with deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted dev workflows, including OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor, to define what great looks like when interacting with these tools.
