Job Summary
Program-focused AI integration role within Boeing's Government Training Engineering (GTE) and Government Services Engineering (GSE) organizations. Responsibilities include conducting ongoing discoveries across engineering teams to identify current and emerging AI applications, consolidating findings into a living inventory of AI capabilities and use cases, developing clear communications translating AI activity for engineering leaders, delivering AI familiarity training, shaping and evolving AI strategy, engaging with the enterprise AI team, serving as a central point of contact for AI inquiries, organizing knowledge-sharing forums and channels, and identifying gaps and high-value opportunities within the organization. The role emphasizes synthesis, enablement, and cross-team collaboration to surface insights and drive adoption, with a focus on reducing duplication and aligning AI efforts with broader organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, technical communications, training development, or a related role within an engineering or technical organization
- Hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools and a working understanding of prompt engineering principles, AI tool strengths and limitations, and responsible use considerations
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
