Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with business leaders as the AI partner; identify and shape AI, data and automation opportunities; translate business needs into impactful, scalable solutions; represent the business in cross-functional AI delivery squads; drive adoption of AI solutions and embed new ways of working. Requires proven experience in business partnering, consulting or advisory roles involving technology, data or transformation initiatives; ability to influence senior stakeholders; practical experience turning AI opportunities into defined initiatives or business cases; hands-on experience in agile, squad-based or cross-functional delivery environments; strong commercial acumen with demonstrated translation of initiatives into measurable business outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business partnering, consulting or advisory roles involving technology, data or transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and technical teams
- Practical experience identifying and shaping technology, data or AI opportunities into defined initiatives or business cases
- Hands-on experience working within agile, squad-based or cross-functional delivery environments
- Strong commercial acumen with evidence of translating initiatives into measurable business outcomes
