Job Summary
AI Innovation & Automation - Senior Quality Engineer responsible for shaping the quality strategy for modern digital products by combining manual testing, automation engineering, and AI-supported quality practices. Leads end-to-end quality efforts, designs and maintains automated test suites, converts manual scenarios to automation, integrates checks into CI/CD, tracks defects with traceability to requirements, collaborates with engineers and product teams, and mentors peers to raise QA maturity. Emphasizes hands-on testing across web, API, and integrated systems, with experience in Playwright/Selenium/Cypress and languages like JavaScript/TypeScript/Java; supports distributed global teams and prefers AI-assisted testing tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in both manual testing and test automation
- Curiosity about new technology and practical AI adoption
- Ability to balance detail-oriented manual validation with automation scalability
- Confidence to challenge gaps, suggest improvements, and lead by example
- Strong understanding of test design, exploratory testing, regression testing, system testing, and end-to-end validation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java
- Experience testing UI and APIs
- Good understanding of CI/CD and automated tests in delivery pipelines
- Clear test documentation and defect reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration
Desired Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar

- Good understanding of CI/CD and how automated tests fit into modern delivery pipelines
- Ability to create clear test documentation, defect reports, and quality summaries
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience working in distributed global teams
- Experience with AI-assisted development or testing tools (nice-to-have)
- Experience with tools such as Xray, Jira, Confluence, BrowserStack, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms (nice-to-have)
- Experience with mobile testing, Appium, or cross-browser/device testing (nice-to-have)
- Mentoring other QA / QE colleagues (nice-to-have)
