Job Summary
Support adoption and training for Microsoft 365 Copilot across 400+ firm users while building, testing, and documenting AI agent workflows using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude. Assist with research into new legal-tech tools, develop proofs of concept, and explore Retrieval-Augmented Generation approaches using internal knowledge sources. Help track adoption metrics, prepare usage reports, and draft prompt libraries for specific use cases such as legal correspondence and matter intake. Act as a first-line support resource for staff navigating new AI workflows and document processes for end users. This part-time role (20–25 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling and potential hybrid work at Kaufman Dolowich, a national law firm with over 250 attorneys, where you will gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred)
- Genuine interest in AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Azure AI Foundry, etc.) - coursework, personal projects, or self-directed learning all count
- Comfortable learning new software quickly; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office/365
- Strong written communication skills - able to write clear instructions and documentation
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage small projects with light supervision
- Curiosity and initiative
- High level of professionalism and respect for data privacy and security guidelines
