Job Summary
Implement, deploy, and support AI-powered applications and automation workflows across the organization. Develop and maintain full-stack applications that integrate with leading AI platforms, while configuring, testing, and troubleshooting solutions for business users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and maintain documentation for all AI implementations. Stay current with emerging AI tools, technologies, and best practices. This onsite role in Chicago, IL requires a full-stack developer with at least one year of hands-on AI experience and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with AI automation or AI implementation
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Proficiency with AI development tools including Claude, Codex, Copilot, and other modern AI platforms
- Experience deploying applications into production environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL

- Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development frameworks
