Job Summary
Deliver introductory AI training sessions and facilitate workshops to help end users adopt AI-powered workflows. Support customer implementations by organizing, cleaning, and validating business data to ensure readiness. Assist with deployment, testing, and configuration of AI solutions while documenting requirements and escalating technical challenges. Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and contribute to reusable training materials and implementation playbooks. Establish positive relationships with customer stakeholders through ongoing support and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in San Diego or Orange County
- Must be available for frequent onsite customer engagement
- Regular in-person collaboration with customers, the AI Architect, and internal stakeholders is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Excited about AI and emerging technologies
- Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly
- Enjoy teaching and helping others succeed
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a technical, customer-facing, implementation, support, training, or consulting role
- Experience working with business applications, SaaS platforms, or technology solutions
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, analytics, or business systems
- Familiarity with data cleanup, spreadsheets, reporting, or database concepts
- Experience creating documentation or conducting training sessions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or automation tools
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or workflow automation
