Job Summary
Orchestrate the AI roadmap and translate external expertise into an in-house structure while managing use cases from concept to Go-Live. Conduct hands-on prototyping by implementing iterations, binding APIs, and verifying technical feasibility with IT. Coach internal champions across business units, dismantle resistance, and establish a training concept for the entire workforce. Define clear KPIs for user adoption and time savings to track measurable business impact. This role sits directly with the executive team in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, offering maximum decision-making autonomy within the 3C Group's "AI First" vision for the European furniture industry.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Tech mit Fokus auf KI- und Automatisierungsprojekte
- professionelles Prompt-Engineering
- grundlegende Kenntnisse (z. B. in Python), um APIs und KI-Tools operativ anzubinden
- empathischer Brückenbauer, der komplexe Tech-Themen verständlich für das Top-Management und die Fachbereiche übersetzt
- sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1)
- verhandlungssicheres Englisch für den internationalen Rollout
