AI Image-Video Editor/Generative Video Specialist

Job Summary
Produce and edit visual elements for production using AI-assisted tools like Heygen, Kling, and Sora alongside conventional software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. Collaborate with creative directors and scriptwriters to transform storyboards into final video outputs while optimizing workflows through AI automation for tasks including rotoscoping, compositing, and lip-syncing. Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated characters and environments, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Document workflows and provide input on process improvements for AI-based production pipelines. Research and test new generative AI tools to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and creative potential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and post-production
- Strong familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (image generation, video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, or sound design)
- Understanding of storytelling, motion design, cinematography, and visual composition
- Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies and adapting to evolving workflows
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with ComfyUI or Automatic1111 for more granular control over generation
- Basic 3D skills (Blender/Cinema 4D) to create reference geometry for ControlNet workflows
- Experience working in eLearning, L&D, or corporate communications
- Knowledge of Python/scripting for automating workflows
- English is our primary language

Desired Qualifications
- (Optional but valuable) Experience in prompt engineering or scripting for generative video tools
