Job Summary
AI Identity Security Engineer (SailPoint) at Regions responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing robust and secure cloud CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps framework. Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Software Delivery, and QA to enable automated, auditable deployments using Ansible, Terraform, Packer, and immutable infrastructure. Designs autonomous CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments, ensures automated testing and documentation, and strengthens security controls across cloud environments. Requires experience with cloud infrastructure and security tooling (OpenShift, AKS, Hashicorp Vault), identity governance, and non-human identities while providing governance for AI agents. Role is offsite with primary work-from-home capacity and potential on-site involvement, located in Hoover, AL at a Regions office with additional remote work options within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- six years of related post-secondary education and/or experience in Information Security or Information Technology
