AI GTM Architect (Revenue Operations)

Job Summary
AI GTM Architect combines GTM strategy with AI-powered workflows to scale Outreach's revenue engine. Responsible for translating GTM strategy into AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and seller execution inside Outreach's platform; acts as both system architect and GTM operator shaping how AI agents engage buyers, how workflows run across the funnel, and how data drives real-time decisions. Defines scalable outbound/inbound engagement motions, deploys agent-driven outcomes (lead prioritization, automated follow-up, sequencing), and ensures CRM and data-system integration. Leads internal rollout of Outreach's latest AI capabilities, partners with Product, Sales, and Enablement to drive adoption, and continuously experiments on messaging, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies. Requires 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role; strong systems thinker with cross-functional collaboration and experience with AI in sales/marketing; familiarity with Salesforce and data pipelines is a plus.
