Job Summary
Own marketing projects end-to-end using AI as your primary working environment, creating campaigns, landing pages, and product content at high speed. Build custom tools, automations, and AI workflows to solve marketing problems while running growth experiments across channels to optimize messaging and creatives. Lead product launches alongside Product and Growth teams, shaping positioning and go-to-market plans while scouting new models and tools to apply them before others. Demonstrate fluency with tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, and Cursor to execute these tasks independently. Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, empowers creators to build custom software applications using natural language, operating like a startup within Wix to turn complex problems into simple solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated AI fluency - you have real experience building with tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Replit, or similar
- You've built AI-assisted projects: agents, automations, apps, content systems or workflows
- High agency and independence - you own projects from A to Z with minimal hand-holding
- Strong written communication - you can simplify complex ideas and write copy that connects
- Comfort with speed and ambiguity - you thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and you need to figure things out as you go
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for marketing and an intuition for what makes people click, sign up, and stick around — formal marketing experience is a plus, not a requirement
