AI Growth Hacker

AI Growth Hacker role leading two growth tracks (Aerox sleep product and 32Co orthodontics) with end-to-end ownership of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and unconventional channels. Build AI-powered tools and micro-products (lead qualification bots, personalised outreach agents, ROI calculators) and establish repeatable marketing systems to scale output without proportionally increasing headcount. Own performance reporting, work closely with sales to align acquisition activity with the customer journey, and move growth from inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine. The position requires a genuine generalist who is AI-fluent, startup-minded, data-driven, and comfortable shipping fast, measuring outcomes, iterating, and challenging conventional approaches. The role is hybrid and based in London, with two tracks targeting sleep dentistry and orthodontics, and offers ownership and impact on patient outcomes through healthcare technology.
