Job Summary
Identify high-impact AI and automation use cases across the business (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, internal workflows) and turn them into practical, scalable solutions. Analyze existing processes and optimize workflows using the latest AI tools to drive efficiency, speed, and quality. Act as an internal AI evangelist—driving adoption, upskilling teams, and delivering hands-on training sessions. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Tech to deploy AI across revenue-generating and internal functions. Rapidly prototype, test, and implement AI-driven solutions, tracking impact through clear metrics and continuous iteration. Evangelise and mentor on relevant topics to a wider business.
Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with the latest AI tools and real-world applications
- Experience building out new workflows or processes using AI tools
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Background in consulting, business, product, or technology with strong analytical and metrics-driven thinking
- Building and implementing solutions end-to-end (not just strategy)
