Job Summary
Develop and maintain AI standards covering acceptable use, model risk management, and third-party vendor assessments. Operationalize data governance controls for training provenance, PII handling, bias requirements, and consent management. Track evolving regulations to draft updates to internal processes and maintain the AI inventory and model registry. Assemble compliance evidence including audit trails and regulatory mappings while building automation tooling for dashboards and checks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Engineering to ensure adherence to frameworks like NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act. This role provides hands-on capacity behind the governance function for an existing vacancy within Mobility's AI Architecture & Governance team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML governance, compliance, technology risk, or a related regulatory function
- Working knowledge of AI-specific frameworks and legislation (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 & 23053, EU AI Act, and the proliferating landscape of US state-level AI legislation)
- Experience with policy or standards development, regulatory tracking, and compliance evidence/documentation
- Experience with GRC processes, data governance, or audit methodology
