Job Summary
Create and maintain AI governance policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements like GDPR and ISO 42001. Identify potential risks impacting the organization and evaluate their severity and likelihood. Conduct AI model risk assessments covering bias, explainability, data quality, and security. Monitor third-party AI tools and vendor risk management while supporting internal and external audits. Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Technology teams to build awareness of governance requirements across the organization. Lead risk assessments and controls design using deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in information security with a focus on IT audit and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) role
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Utilizes deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts (model types, training, deployment, bias, explainability)
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and SSAE 18/SOC audits
- Relevant security or security audit and compliance certifications (i.e., Security+, CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
