Job Summary
Ai Governance Analyst responsible for developing and operationalising AI governance across Howden, including maintaining governance standards, implementing practical controls for safe AI use, managing the end-to-end AI use-case lifecycle (intake, risk assessment, approval tracking, and ongoing review), and producing governance reporting. The role requires collaboration with business, technology, risk, and legal teams, plus staying abreast of evolving AI regulatory developments (e.g., EU AI Act, UK frameworks) and translating governance requirements into practical guidance and workflows. Desirable experience includes risk/compliance, data protection, or technology governance and familiarity with AI concepts and automation. The role supports hybrid working and is based in London, UK.
