Job Summary
Build and deliver customized AI Governance training sessions and workshops for a broad audience from technical teams to c-level executives; define customers' AI governance roadmaps and workflows using industry best practices; manage customer engagements, gather requirements, milestones, and feedback; define future programs to support customers on their AI governance journey; collaborate across Credo AI functions to share knowledge; represent Credo AI as a global leader on AI governance at industry events and webinars; develop best-in-class training resources and practical tools; role involves interfacing with diverse stakeholders in enterprise contexts; technical focus on Data Science, ML, Generative AI, and/or LLMs; strong emphasis on communication, curriculum development, and program delivery; compensation range is $160,000-$180,000 base annual salary; fully remote but with in-person meetups and company events; locations and remote culture described indicate a fully distributed remote setup with optional in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Academic foundation in ethical AI principles with practical experience applying these principles in a business context
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining socio-technical and ethical AI issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated program or curriculum development experience, including content creation for webinars and workshops
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how AI governance delivers value in an enterprise context
- Technical expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and/or LLMs, with knowledge of enterprise deployment and impact
