Job Summary
Run outbound and paid experiments end to end, building lists, writing copy, and analyzing numbers to kill underperforming campaigns. Own the funnel from signup to first paid render, identifying drop-off points to inform product fixes. Talk directly to users via calls and chat to capture their specific feedback rather than summaries. Break things before customers do by testing pre-launch features and writing bugs for immediate resolution. Stay ahead of market competitors by understanding their costs, capabilities, and our differentiators. Handle whatever is on fire, whether it is a vendor, spreadsheet, hiring pipeline, or launch.
Required Qualifications
- You are already an AI generalist
- You use these tools daily
- You know which one to reach for and where each falls over
- You have built something with them that you were not qualified to build
- Being able to write a little code with a model's help
- High agency
- You close loops without being chased
- Given a half-formed problem and no instructions, you come back with it handled
- Comfort with numbers
- Spreadsheets do not scare you
