AI Fullstack Developer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and FastAPI, building scalable APIs and responsive frontend interfaces. Integrate cloud services, data platforms, and AI-powered tools into business solutions while collaborating with stakeholders on architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and standards within an international, collaborative environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years commercial experience, and proficiency in AWS, LangChain, and RAG. Full-time role with 42-hour weeks, flexible hours, and 15 annual leave days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years commercial software development
- At least 3 years with React
- At least 2 years with FastAPI
- Production AWS experience (not just S3 or Lambda)
- Experience with AI tooling (LangChain, OpenAI, Bedrock, vector databases, RAG, MCP, etc.)
- Experience on a product with a sizeable user base or enterprise deployment
- Familiarity with modern data architecture, data processing workflows, or analytics platforms
- Solid experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise-level software projects
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English
