Job Summary
Define user problems and establish UX strategies, then design user journeys, information architecture, and flows for new services and features. Execute end-to-end UX planning and UI design, optimizing usability based on data. Build and operate design systems while designing consistent interactions and components. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to participate in product strategy and document design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- UI/UX 디자인 경력 7년 이상
- 웹 또는 모바일 서비스의 UX 설계 경험
- 사용자 중심 문제 해결 경험
- Figma 활용 능력 및 협업 경험
- 디자인 시스템 구축 또는 운영 경험
- 개발자와의 협업 경험 및 구현 가능성에 대한 이해
- 데이터 기반 의사결정 경험
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
Desired Qualifications
- AI/LLM 기반 서비스 디자인 경험
