Job Summary
Lead the development of edge runtime and compiler abstractions across heterogeneous NPUs to eliminate vendor lock-in for mixed hardware fleets. Manage intelligent inference routing for NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Qualcomm, and custom ASIC targets while optimizing cost and placement visibility. Execute a GTM strategy to achieve $50-100K ARR and build a world-class team from zero to one. This role supports a Venture Studio launching 7 new B2B SaaS companies by 2026, providing founders with $250K in seed funding, investor networks, and end-to-end fundraising playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- Early-stage operator experience with a proven track record of building, selling, and navigating the edge ML and on-device inference world
- Canada or US-based, and the ability to collaborate in North American time zones
- A desire to be a venture-backed founder
Desired Qualifications
- You may have shipped models across multiple NPU or edge silicon targets and felt the per-vendor toolchain and optimization tax firsthand
- You may have built inference deployment, compiler, or mixed-silicon fleet infrastructure and know where fragmentation blocks product teams
- The ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams
- A demonstrated passion for technology's ability to change the world
