Job Summary
Lead end-to-end UX design for client applications from discovery through wireframes, prototypes, and final handoff, using AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping, user research, and asset production. Apply design thinking and product thinking to define problems, map journeys, and validate solutions with stakeholders and end users. Create and maintain design systems and UI patterns for scalable product design across client projects. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces. Champion AI-first design workflows and share best practices, presenting concepts and rationale to clients. Contribute to internal design processes, tooling, and methodologies. Requires 3–7+ years in UX/UI design, hands-on experience with AI tools, and expertise in Figma; familiarity with consultancy/multi-client environments; strong research synthesis and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools in the design process
- Active daily use of generative AI for prototyping, content generation, research analysis, or design iteration
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including AI-powered plugins and features
- Strong foundations in design thinking and human-centered design
- Experience working in consultancy, agency, or multi-client environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
