Job Summary
Embed with enterprise customers to map procurement workflows, identify high-ROI problems, and surface unarticulated needs before they are stated. Build and deploy custom AI agent solutions using Zip's AppStudio and infrastructure, configuring them to specific customer environments rather than using off-the-shelf tools. Own the end-to-end customer relationship across a small portfolio of accounts, managing parallel workstreams to ensure delivery and stakeholder trust. Represent Zip on-site for live testing and stakeholder sessions, then produce architecture documentation to capture solutions for generalization. Feed structured learnings back to product teams to make the platform more repeatable. This role requires 3+ years of SAP Ariba experience and direct AI agent building skills, with a salary range of $130,000–$170,000 OTE.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years working directly with SAP Ariba
- Direct experience building with AI: AI agents or automated workflows using Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar
- A track record of owning complex customer engagements independently, from scoping through delivery, with accountability for outcomes rather than just outputs
- Enough technical fluency to build integrations, read API documentation, and diagnose workflow failures without needing an engineer on call
- Represent Zip on-site at customer locations when required
