Job Summary
Observe client processes to identify manual frictions and high-value automation opportunities. Select and prioritize use cases based on expected value and data availability. Design integrated AI workflows that fit existing systems, avoiding isolated solutions. Build rapid initial solutions focused on the minimum viable workflow to generate value. Deploy solutions to production and test them with real users while defining appropriate human-in-the-loop controls. Collaborate with data, cloud, and security teams to integrate generative models, APIs, and enterprise tools. Measure adoption, performance, and business impact through shared metrics. Iterate solutions based on user feedback, errors, and operational data. Document decisions, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. Work directly with clients to reduce process time and manual effort while ensuring security, privacy, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in AI, data, software engineering, automation, or digital transformation projects
- Experience in designing and implementing technological solutions used in real business contexts
- Knowledge of generative AI principles, Large Language Models, and modern AI architectures
- Familiarity with Python and API development or integration
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Understanding of cloud architectures, application integration, and workflow automation
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify operational friction points, and translate them into solution requirements
- Ability to build rapid prototypes while understanding production readiness
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders, adapting language and detail level
- Strong ability to structure complex problems and proceed through rapid iterations
- Results-oriented mindset measuring success based on usage and value generated, not just technical quality
- Availability to work closely with clients and, when necessary, directly at their sites
- Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English for international collaboration
- Experience with Large Language Model-based application development
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and semantic search
