Job Summary
Orchestrate agents across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and pipeline health to modeling and reporting. Build evaluation harnesses ensuring agent output remains accurate and auditable. Monitor SoLo Score performance, default trends, and fraud signals, intervening when human judgment is required. Stand up dashboards providing a live view of marketplace health while partnering with product and risk to ship data-informed decisions. Own data quality, governance, and reliability end-to-end across the SoLo ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Deep fluency in the modern data stack – SQL, Python, warehousing, orchestration, BI tooling
- Hands-on experience directing AI agents or LLM-based workflows in production, not just experimenting with them
- Strong grounding in risk and fraud analytics, ideally in fintech, lending, or payments
- Sound judgment on when to automate and when to step in
- Comfort operating with high autonomy and full ownership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with credit scoring or alternative underwriting
- Background in consumer fintech or marketplaces
- Used to a high-pace, high accountability environment
- Track record of building evaluation or observability systems for ML or agent pipelines
