Job Summary
Identify and develop AI/GenAI use cases in eDrive engineering, covering system development, software, simulation, testing, validation, and engineering project management. Analyze engineering requirements and translate them into AI/GenAI solutions, workflows, and technical requirements. Develop and deploy AI solutions using AI Agents, LLMs, machine learning, and data-driven approaches to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and product development. Lead AI projects from use case exploration through prototype development to deployment and industrialization, collaborating with engineering, IT, and global AI teams. Establish reusable AI tools, workflows, and best practices and drive their adoption across eDrive engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or Engineering
- Experience in AI/GenAI application, software development, engineering project management or automotive engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents, LLMs, AI tools or workflow automation
- Knowledge of machine learning/data analytics and experience applying AI to real-world engineering problems
- Familiarity with cloud, container, DevOps/MLOps and data/AI platforms such as Databricks
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English and cross-cultural communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- experience in eDrive/powertrain is a strong plus
- experience integrating APIs is preferred
