Job Summary
Deliver polished video, motion, and static assets for US TV and entertainment clients using AI agents and programmatic workflows like Remotion and Figma MCP. Drive design files through connectors, assemble content, run versioning and QA checks, and self-proof everything to near-error-free standards before handover. Judge AI output against brand, spec, and rights while maintaining high craft judgment on story, pacing, and composition. Treat rights and brand safety as fixed points, keep files organized for reuse, and encode improved methods into reusable skills for the team. Work remotely within Egypt on a full-time basis with 9:30am–6pm GMT hours, supported by high-end hardware and an AI stack.
Required Qualifications
- Real, demonstrable craft in video editing and/or motion and static design
- A showreel or portfolio that proves craft
- Comfort with professional creative tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI agents in real creative work
- The judgment to review AI output against brand, spec, and rights
- A systems thinker
- High agency and ownership
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Clear written communication and strong async habits for remote, international teamwork
- Real enthusiasm for how fast AI is moving in creative tooling
- Full-time, permanent employment contract availability
- Fully remote working from anywhere in Turkey availability
- Working hours availability: 9:30am - 6pm GMT

- Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows as the default way of working
