Job Summary
Deliver polished video, motion, and static assets using AI agents and programmatic workflows like Figma MCP, Remotion, and ffmpeg. Apply creative judgment to review and refine AI output against brand, spec, and rights, ensuring error-free handovers. Drive improvements to production systems by encoding reusable skills and teaching teams new standards. Work remotely in Egypt within a global team serving US TV and entertainment clients, utilizing a full stack of creative software and AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Real, demonstrable craft in video editing and/or motion and static design
- A showreel or portfolio that proves craft
- Comfort with professional creative tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI agents in real creative work
- The judgment to review AI output against brand, spec, and rights
- A systems thinker
- High agency and ownership
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Clear written communication and strong async habits for remote, international teamwork
- Real enthusiasm for how fast AI is moving in creative tooling
- Full-time, permanent employment contract
- Fully remote working from anywhere in Egypt
- Working hours: 9:30am - 6pm GMT

- Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows as the default way of working
- Experience directing agents through connectors and programmatic tools like Figma MCP, Remotion, or ffmpeg
- Experience with generation where it fits
- Experience encoding best methods into reusable skills and workflows
- Experience teaching methods to the whole team
- Experience improving how the work gets done
