Job Summary

Deliver polished video, motion, and static assets for US TV and entertainment clients using AI agents and programmatic tools like Remotion and ffmpeg. Drive design files through connectors such as Figma MCP, run versioning and QA checks, and self-proof all output against brand safety and rights constraints. Apply creative judgment to story, pacing, and composition while improving workflows by encoding reusable skills for the team. Work 9:30am–6pm Pacific Time (5:30pm–2am local time during DST) fully remote from Tunisia, joining a global team that builds products and produces content at scale.

Required Qualifications

Real, demonstrable craft in video editing and/or motion and static design
A showreel or portfolio that proves craft
Comfort with professional creative tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI agents in real creative work
Capability to direct AI agents through connectors and programmatic tools such as Figma MCP, Remotion, or ffmpeg
The judgment to review AI output against brand, spec, and rights
A systems thinker mindset
High agency and ownership
Unparalleled attention to detail
Clear written communication
Strong async habits for remote, international teamwork
Real enthusiasm for how fast AI is moving in creative tooling
Ability to work in Pacific Time hours (9:30am–6pm PT, Monday to Friday)
