Job Summary
Design high-impact visual assets for growth campaigns, including performance creatives, landing pages, and social content aligned with brand standards. Diagnose bottlenecks in the current design workflow and propose automation solutions using Figma plugins, AI image generation, and integrations with Make.com, Zapier, or n8n. Implement generative AI workflows to accelerate production of variations and formats while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing to translate growth hypotheses into testable pieces and measure impact based on performance metrics rather than aesthetics alone. Document and systematize processes to enable team scaling without manual repetition. This role joins an expanding Growth team at a fintech specializing in cross-border remittances, focusing on building the future of design automation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ años de experiencia en diseño (Growth, Producto, Marca o Visual)
- Experiencia previa en fintech o startups
- Manejo sólido de Figma y herramientas de diseño estándar de la industria
- Experiencia práctica (no solo curiosidad) con herramientas de IA generativa aplicadas a diseño (Midjourney, herramientas de generación de imagen/video, plugins de IA en Figma, etc.)
- Interés genuino en automatización: si ya usaste Zapier, Make.com, n8n o similares para eliminar trabajo repetitivo, eso nos interesa mucho
- Mentalidad de Growth: entiendes que una pieza no es 'bonita', es 'efectiva'
- Autonomía para trabajar 100% remoto en un equipo distribuido en múltiples países
