Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions using Large and Small Language Models on Azure and AWS. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, orchestrate multi-agent systems with frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen, and implement agentic workflows for code generation and testing. Fine-tune models for domain-specific tasks, optimize token costs, and embed AI features into Bosch products while adhering to enterprise security and compliance standards. Own the full lifecycle from problem framing to monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/MTech in CS, IT, AI/ML or related field
- 10 to 15 years of overall software / IT experience
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on Generative AI experience
- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying Gen AI solutions using LLMs and/or SLMs
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform — Azure or AWS — for AI workloads
- Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI)
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Docker
- Solid understanding of RAG
- Solid understanding of Knowledge Graphs
- Solid understanding of LLM routing
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering
- Solid understanding of embeddings
- Solid understanding of vector databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently end-to-end
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building Gen AI solutions for Bosch software or mechanical products, or in an enterprise product environment
- Experience in full software development and deployment (end-to-end SDLC ownership)
- Hands-on experience with Agentic SDLC tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, spec-driven / agentic development workflows)
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps
- Experience with model evaluation frameworks
- Experience with observability tooling
- Experience with fine-tuning
- Experience with model distillation
- Experience with deploying SLMs on constrained / edge environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with responsible / secure AI practices
