Job Summary
AI Experience Design Leadership role focused on defining human–AI interaction principles for retail banking, shaping AI’s role across the customer journey, and building trust through explainability and fallback patterns. Lead cross-functional exploration of AI opportunities, run structured exploration sprints from concept to prototype to validation, extend the design system with AI components, and operationalize AI design tools and workflows to boost team productivity. Requires +5 years of design leadership, strong collaboration with Product/Data Science/Engineering, and fluency in English (German/CEE languages a plus). Portfolio is required with application.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years design leadership experience
- expertise in human–AI experience design
- experience prototyping and scaling AI opportunities
- lead cross-functional teams across Design, Product, Data Science, Engineering
- understanding of interaction design and design systems
- experience building AI-powered design workflows
