Job Summary
AI Evaluation & Annotation Specialists are needed to review AI-generated responses, provide corrections, and evaluate quality according to structured guidelines. Candidates should possess strong reading comprehension, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include annotating and labeling content, generating or evaluating prompts, and reporting daily completed work while meeting productivity and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with fluency in Korean. No engineering background is needed, and training will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and apply them consistently
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or interest in AI, Machine Learning, or data annotation preferred
- Familiarity with translation and localization processes is an advantage
- Proficient in using Artificial Intelligence and data annotation tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
