Job Summary
Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with industry standards, conducting system audits to identify biases and ethical concerns. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on responsible AI development while creating policies and procedures for ethical deployment. Engage with customers, partners, and regulators to ensure fairness, transparency, and unbiased AI solutions. Stay current with the latest research in AI ethics and deliver training programs on these principles. Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics required with three years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI development, or related field
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics principles, AI system development, and data analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in AI ethics, such as the Certified AI and Ethics Professional (CAEP)
