Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives and create evolving Domain Tech Strategies adopted by stakeholders. Establish effective architecture governance and tooling to support Solution Architecture teams while ensuring EA information remains current and comprehensive. Lead the creation of capability roadmaps that inform portfolio prioritization and support annual and quarterly business planning processes. Work closely with technology strategic partners to ensure new solutions align with EA Principles and deliver desired business outcomes. Propose and estimate solution commercials while facilitating negotiation and influencing technology and business leaders. Maintain alignment of technical decisions with business goals and value delivery through structured methodologies like TOGAF and DevOps.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a Lead or Domain Enterprise Architect
- A track record of creating and embedding technology strategies either within a business domain or with in a large-scale transformation program
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Effective communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business terminology
- Ability to produce quality EA models and artifacts that drive effective decision making
- Ability to demonstrate alignment of technical decisions with business goals and value delivery
- A continuous learning mindset and to keep pace with industry and market trends
- Ability to use your skill and experience to create tools and content that will aid the development of the emerging EA practice
- Experience of following structured methodologies for consistency and risk reduction, e.g. TOGAF, SAFe and system development lifecycles e.g. waterfall, agile, DevOps & DevSecOps
- Ability to build trusted and respect as a 'thought leader' who can influence and when appropriate persuade technology and business leaders
- To be motivated by leading and driving the team to deliver upon the business strategy
- Ability to be technology neutral: unbiased towards any specific technology or vendor choice, entirely motivated by getting to 'value & outcomes'
- Ability to propose and effectively estimate proposed solution commercials
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Proven analytical, planning, organizational and technology skills
