Job Summary
AI Engineer (Commercial & MTO) responsible for building production-ready AI/ML solutions to drive business growth by bridging software engineering, data science, and commercial strategy. Responsibilities include deploying ML models into operational pipelines, transforming models into robust APIs for enterprise systems, building multi-agent AI workflows with MTO-focused RAG architectures, developing data pipelines, and monitoring model performance for reliability and cost-efficiency. Requires strong coding in Python/SQL/Java/Scala; ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow); cloud/MLOps experience across AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD; ability to convey AI insights to C-suite and stakeholders. Educational prerequisites include a BS or MS in a quantitative field. 20+ year domain alignment with governance on data residency, privacy considerations, and third-party risk assessments; willingness to adapt to client requirements for remote/hybrid work; experience aligning AI outputs with commercial decision-making and revenue-generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of advanced coding skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala
- Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with frameworks for building workflows like LangChain
- 5+ years of experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD
- 5+ years of ability to explain AI outputs to executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
