Job Summary
Design and develop robust AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights for client projects. Manage the deployment of scalable machine learning solutions by overseeing data wrangling, software implementation, and advanced data engineering techniques. Direct complex data analysis to identify innovation opportunities while collaborating with stakeholders to validate outcomes and incorporate client feedback. Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++ to build diverse and inclusive teams that solve complex problems. Lead the design and development of AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data modeling techniques
- Innovating with open-source software and rapid experimentation
- Leading teams through ambiguity with sound judgment and strategic advising
