Job Summary
Support the Engineering department with day-to-day tasks including data management, documentation updates, meeting support, and coordination of engineering deliverables. Build and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents that support Engineering and Operations workflows by designing conversation flows, connecting agents to business systems like SharePoint and Dataverse, and curating knowledge sources. Develop test plans, execute iterative testing, and monitor agent performance to implement continuous improvements. Automate current business systems and workflows to reduce manual effort while documenting all design and support materials. Adhere to all Health and Safety programs, O.H.S.A. regulations, and environmental policies within the plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program (college or university)
- Ability to uphold confidentiality
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Able to be flexible in hours of work to meet internal/external customer requirements
- Ability to work overtime to meet customer needs
- Physically able to perform the essential duties of the position

Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio is an asset (topics, actions, connectors, environments/solutions, publishing, and testing)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an asset (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse)
- Strong understanding of conversation design is an asset (intent design, clarifying questions, fallback handling, escalation to humans)
- Familiarity with knowledge sources and agent grounding is an asset (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, structured FAQs, metadata)
- Basic programming/scripting skills are an asset (examples: Python, JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an asset (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
- Experience with dashboards/visualization is an asset (Power BI, Grafana, Excel dashboards)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with MQTT is an asset
