Job Summary
Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production, then deploy them using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Build data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ETL pipelines to handle large structured and unstructured datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into applications and APIs, ensuring efficient, robust performance for real-time or batch inference. Establish monitoring frameworks to track system performance and retrain models based on feedback. Stay current with emerging methods including LLMs, RAG, and reinforcement learning to drive real-world business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with machine learning/deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with data processing tools (SQL, Spark, Pandas)
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
Desired Qualifications
- PhD
- knowledge of Java, C++, or Go
- Experience with LLMs, transformers, and generative AI applications
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, pgvector)
- Experience with API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Background in mathematics, statistics, or optimization techniques
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
