Job Summary
Assess, design, build, optimize, and deploy ML/AI models and foundational models for real-world applications. Continuously research emerging AI technologies, prototype new capabilities, and run proof-of-concepts to transform innovations into production-ready solutions. Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-value use cases and develop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks. Ensure compliance, observability, and scalability are embedded in design decisions while driving best practices for model deployment and monitoring. Maintain AI system blueprints and optimize performance across cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
- Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production
- Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures and experience in fine-tuning LLMs or training domain-specific models, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A curious, hands-on mindset with a desire to experiment, learn, and build
- Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
- Research, publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML
- Knowledge of payments, fintech, or financial services
