Job Summary
Develop and scale AI/GenAI and machine learning use cases in the Lending domain by translating business problems into data-driven, AI-enabled solutions. Work with modern AI and cloud stacks including Python, APIs, CI/CD, and GCP to contribute to automation, data extraction, and intelligent decision-support solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders across multiple squads to support end-to-end delivery, covering prototyping, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based solutions
- Experience with modern AI tooling (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Understanding of CI/CD, software lifecycle, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment
Desired Qualifications
- Java is a plus
